OC Fair '12

*edited to inform readers that we believe this is a millipede.
I am standing far enough away and zooming in with the camera as to not get too close to the black thing.

the family reunion

This will be the last post of our trip up north. : ) We had lots of reasons to get together and celebrate with the Baden Family, so we did! Thanks to a lot of hard work from my aunts and cousins!

Amy had all sorts of things for the kids to do and play, a lifesaver on this hot, hot day.

Uncle Bill and Aunt Nancy's bonus room is perfect for kids!

Amy's mini desserts. They were de-lish. Yes, I tried most of them.

These two were hard to tell apart from behind!

Great Grandma (GG) and all of her greats.

The whole bunch.

The unofficial shot.
Let's just say we had a pretty fun day.

Celebrating birthday number 3!
Uncle Bill & Aunt Nancy celebrating 45 years of marriage. ♥

Five-year-olds squeezing one last cake and ice cream together.

Celebrating graduating UW last spring and then off to France for grad school with Georgia Tech.
And to celebrate 85 years of our dear Grandma (Mother and GG) coming up in October.
For whatever reason, I can't get this photo into the right order.
But it was an epic water fight, the big kids vs. the small ones. : )

out & about

Mia & Charlie at the bridal shower. They are now hitched as of this past weekend! So happy for them.

I hadn't seen these two sisters together in years. It was great catching up!

Milkshakes back at the lake.

No trip to Spokane is complete with out breakfast at Chaps.

A girls lunch in Ritzville (it sounds waaay fancier than it is!).

The originals.
