We spent the weekend with Travis, Kim and Morgan at a family cabin in the mountains near here. The weather was still quite warm, so Amelia's second pumpkin patch experience was a little toastier than the one up north a few weeks back. As you can see, Morgan LOVES her costume and can't wait to wear it again on Friday! : ) The last picture cracks me up, this is starting to happen more frequently when you ask Amelia to smile for the camera. Yikes.

This past weekend we had a family celebration of birthdays for Nathan and Gene. We had lunch at El Burrito Jr. (yum!) and barbecue on Saturday evening at our house. For those who were able to stay until Sunday evening, we enjoyed a dinner at O'Malley's on Main Street. Amelia ate up all the attention of her grandparents and uncles and aunts (we apologize for not having pictures of everyone in attendance).

Amelia and I are enjoying our trip visiting Grandpa and Grandma in the great Northwest. We've been enjoying the company of family and friends for the past week, its always so much fun seeing everyone! We even got in on GG's birthday celebration. We're headed home soon to some warmer weather, and of course, to see Daddy!

Thanks to T-Bone's free tickets, we went to the OC Auto Show on Saturday. He even gave us a personalized tour of the Volvo section. Amelia and Morgan approve of the space in the back of the new XC70's for sure. Afterward we enjoyed a relaxing evening at T & K's, especially after Amelia (finally) went to sleep.

Today we met Daddy for lunch at a Mexican place near his work. I couldn't resist putting this picture up, Amelia tries so hard to be a big girl! She shakes and clenches the cup with all of her might if you are still holding onto it. Good thing clothes dry.

On another note, it is October 1 and I'm enjoying everyone's blogs about autumn and the chill in the air, etc. It is 86 degrees inside my house right now, it is NOT fall weather here yet! Hopefully soon.
