I suppose it's about time for an update on here! We've been down and out with illness since before New Years and seem to be starting new colds again now. So it goes. A sorry excuse for not updating the blog... after all, we've just been laying around the house, right? ; )
Amelia was back in school in time to prepare for her classroom open house last week and she was so thrilled to have us there to see all of her hard work. They just finished a farm unit and it was so cute to see the things they made!

I'll forward you an article I found on umbrellas and their connection to quicker healing...just kidding. They looks snuggly, even though they are sick. Amelia looks like she loves her teacher and her classmates--so fun!
Ha-ha! It's as if the cold is a little raincloud over her head and she needs her pink umbrella to keep it all at bay.
No wonder she was impressed with Uncle Arthur being a real farmer!
